After about 9 months, aka a pandemic gestation, some kids are slowly getting back to school in the Broward County. As with any birth, there's so much to unveil in this situation. For every move, there are added masks and procedures. It's not easy, but after an afternoon spent with this family, it's noticeable how much socialization has been helpful to both kids and mom, who finally gets to catch her breath again.
From school door to dinner time with dad, here is a glimpse of an ordinary day that can now tell the future how they surfed Covid-19 with little kids: self play, boredom, baking, dog walks, home lessons, videogames, screen time, no screen time, dinner, cuddles, sleep and repeat all over again the next day.
